Refund policy

Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase on unused items in ORIGINAL CONDITION with the tags and receipt. Clearance items are FINAL SALE. To return/exchange an online purchase, please phone (204) 633-8132 within 2 days of receiving your package.

Boots with ANY signs of wear including scuffs, excessive creasing or wear marks are considered used, and will not be applicable for an exchange or return.

We are not able to offer store credit on online purchases. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange of any product that we deem is not in its original condition.
